HUMANA HOSPITAL SEBASTIAN Zachary Allan Martin, 6 lbs. 3 a KSC bus tour driver, 67, dies for Teen Missions of Merritt Island, where she prepared youths to spend summers overseas working as missionaries. "She was a wonderful wife and mother," said her husband, Louis Blithe of Merritt Island, who worked with her at Teen Missions. Other survivors include her son, Louis Blithe of Clearwater; daughters, Lois Blithe of Merritt Island and Beth Blithe of Columbia, S.C.; brother, Thomas Krueger of Illinois; sisters, Pauline Hildebrandt of Vineland, and Dorothy Wim-mer and Marie Gross, both of Williamstown, N.J.; and two grandchildren. Calling hours are 4 to 8 p.m.

Wednesday at Wylie-Baxley Funeral Home on Merritt Island. Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. ROSE BRUMBAUGH Rose C. Brumbaugh, 95, a home-maker, died Sunday at Holmes Regional Convalescent Home in Melbourne.

Mrs. Brumbaugh, of 516 E. Sheridan Road, Melbourne, was a Brevard resident for 25 years. Survivors include her daughter, Isabel Pursley of Melbourne; five grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren. Private services will be held in Fort Pierce.

Florida Memorial Funeral Home north of Melbourne is in charge of arrangements. GROVER CAGLE Grover C. Cagle, 65, a retired 3B bution company, died Sunday at home. Mrs. Crawford, of 307 Emerald Place Indian Harbour Beach, was a Brevard resident for 16 years.

She was a Protestant and a member of Daughters of the Nile, Order of the Eastern Star, and the Ladies of Nobility. Survivors include her husband, Cletis Crawford of Indian Harbour Beach; daughters, Sandra Webster of Satellite Beach and Rachael Gumps of Solon, Ohio; sister, Hazel Kaiser of Fort Lauderdale; and four grandchildren. Calling hours are 6:30 to 8 p.m. today at the Melbourne chapel of South Brevard Funeral Homes. Services are scheduled for 3 p.m.

DeBonis, 81, a retired sanitation engineer for New York City, died Saturday at Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne.

Mr DeBonis, of 2524 Peralta Drive, Palm Bay, moved to Brevard three months ago from New York. Survivors include his wife, Teresa DeBonis of Palm Bay; daughters, Marion Netti of Palm Bay, Nella Abbruzeeze of Keansburg, N.J., and Mary Parker and Ella Rogers, both of Brooklyn, N.Y.; sons, Frankie DeBonis of Queens, N.Y., and Tony DeBonis of Keansburg; brother, Tony DeBonis of Brooklyn; sisters, Catherine Punzone and Carmella Santos, both of Brooklyn; 21 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren. Calling hours are 6 to 8 p.m. today and Wednesday at Fountain-head Funeral Home in Palm Bay. Services are scheduled for 10 a.m.

Fred is survived by his wife, Katherine (Kay); a daughter, Margaret Humphrey, of Gibsonia, Pennsylvania; sons, Lawrence, Robert, Thomas and Michael, of Cocoa Beach; a sister, Noami Whisler, of Annville, Pennsylvania; and grandchildren, Christa, fay, Michelle, Whitney, Ryan, Lindsay, Thea and Dana.

Fred will be very much missed by all his family and friends. No calling hours are scheduled. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 11: foam, at the Beckman-Williamson Funeral Home in Cocoa Beach. Interment will be in Florida Memorial Gardens. civil service employee at Patrick Air Force Base, died Saturday at Wuesthoff Hospital in Rockledge. Mr. Cagle, of 160 Homburg Place, Sharpes, was a Brevard resident for 30 years. He was a veteran of World War II. He was a member and past warden of Gloria Dei Episcopal Church in Cocoa; a member and former chief of Four Communities Fire Department in Sharpes; and a member and past steward of the American Federation of Government Employees.

He also was a member of the Florida State Firemen's Association, the Disabled American Veterans in Cocoa, the American Association of Retired Persons, and the National Council of Senior Citizens. He was active in Brevard County Civil Defense and Boy Scouts of America. Survivors include his wife, Hazel Cagle of Sharpes; sons, Jay Riches of New Jersey, Master Sgt. Clifford Cagle of Oklahoma and Daniel Cagle of Saffner, daughters, Vision Stewart of Cocoa, Mary Elizabeth Cagle of Indian Harbour Beach and Lois Riches of Beverly Hills, Calif; brothers, L.C. Cagle, Horace Cagle, Matthew Cagle and Luke Cagle, all of North Carolina, and John Cagle of Washington, D.C.; sisters, Sally Stone of California, Julie Bradshaw of North Carolina, Hattie Hagen of Maryland, Ann Rector of Georgia and Ruth Cagle of North Carolina; and nine grandchildren.

EDNA CRAWFORD Edna Frances Crawford, 77, a retired bookkeeper for an oil distri DEATH NOTICE WILFRED (FRED) BAUGHER Wilfred (Fred) Baugher, age 71, a resident of Cocoa Beach for 28 years, died at Lakeland Regional Medical Center, after a long illness. Mr. Baugher, of 40 Greenwood Lane, was born in York County, Pennsylvania, the son of Dr. and Mrs.

J. I. Baugher. He was an Electrical Engineer, an Inventor and a General Contractor. He was a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and was a member of Delta Chi Fraternity.

After graduation he worked with the United States Corp of Engineers at Gander, Newfoundland, and on the Alaska Highway in Edmonton, Canada, and Fairbanks, Alaska. Mr. Baugher served as a Lieutenant in the electronics section of the United States Navy during World War II. After the war Mr. Baugher owned and operated a manufacturing plant in Mount Wolf, Pennsylvania, for twelve years.

He later worked on the Titan Program with Martin Marietta and was a founder of Baugher Construc TBrckt 35 38.5' Trusts COAST i FRED BAUGHER Wilfred "Fred" Baugher, 71, a retired electrical engineer, inventor and general contractor, died Saturday in Lakeland. Mr. Baugher, of 40 Greenwood Lane, Cocoa Beach, was a Brevard resident for 28 years and a U.S Navy veteran of World War II. Mr. Baugher worked for Martin Marietta Aerospace at Kennedy Space Center and was involved with the Titan program.

He left that position in 1974 and became a general contractor, founding Baugher Construction Co. One of his creations as an inventor was Gum Guard, a water-powered dental appliance. Survivors include his wife, Kath-erine Baugher of Cocoa Beach; daughter, Margaret Humphrey of Gibsonia, sons, Lawrence Baugher, Thomas Baugher, Robert Baugher and Michael Baugher, all of Cocoa Beach; sister, Naomi Whisler of Annville, and eight grandchildren. No calling hours are scheduled. Services will be held at 11:30 a.m.

Mrs. Blithe, of 233 Heavenly Merritt Island, was a Brevard resident for five years. She worked MERRITT ISLAND Playground plans: The commander of American Legion Post No. 344 said his group wants to refurbish the playground equipment for neighborhood children at the old YMCA complex, 800 S. Courtenay Parkway.

The post is leasing the property and has applied for county permission to serve alcohol to members and their guests on evenings and weekends, said commander Joe Oxendine. Residents have expressed concern the alcohol permit would adversely affect the grade school and day-care center located nearby. Mr. Kaye, of 1920 Autumn Drive, Titusville, was a Brevard resident for 18 years and a bus driver for TWA Tours at KSC. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of Park Avenue Baptist Church in Titusville.
