8A FLORIDA TODAY, Sunday, September 14, 1986 OBITUARIES bourne. Mr. Vernon, of 2702 S. Fairway Drive, Melbourne, was a Brevard resident for two years. He was a member of Church of Our Savior in Palm Bay, the Masonic Lodge of Fort Lauderdale, the Shrine Temple of Fort Lauderdale and the American Association of Retired Persons.

Survivors include his sons, Pat Vernon Jr. of Melbourne and Maj. Michael Vernon with the U.S. Army in Holland; daughter, Lucille Berry of Melbourne; sister, Margaret Van Meter of Winter Haven; five grandchildren; and two Catholic Church in Indialantic and the American Association of Retired Persons. She is survived by her sisters, Dorothy Papineau and Marie McK-enna, both of Indialantic, and Rosamond Nickerson of Indian Harbour Calling hours are 2:30 to 5:30 p.m., with a scripture service at 4:30, Monday at Davis Funeral Home in Melbourne.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church in Indialantic. Donations may be sent to the Harbor City Volunteer Ambulance Squad, 1131 S. Hickory Melbourne, 32901. No calling hours are scheduled.

GENEVIEVE WHITFORD Genevieve Frances Whitford, 73, a retired telephone operator, died Friday at Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne. Mrs.

Whitford, of 1830 Bell Court, Indialantic, was a native of Central Falls, R.I., and moved to Brevard 17 years ago. She was a member of Holy Name of Jesus former Titusville resident. She was a native of Henderson, Ky. Survivors include her son, John Redman of Winter Park; daughter, Margaret Redman of Winter Park; two grandchildren; and one greatgrandchild. No calling hours are scheduled.

Bozenmayer, 80, a retired tool and manufacturing engineer, died Thursday at home. Mr. Bozenmayer, of 232 N.E. Second Terrace, Satellite Beach, was a Brevard resident for 13 years. He immigrated from Germany to Elmira, N.Y., in 1922, and moved from there to Brevard.

He was a member of the American Society of Tool and Manufacturing Engineers. Survivors include his wife, Kathryn Bozenmayer of Satellite Beach; son, Carl Bozenmayer of Glastonbury, and sisters, Frieda Hesselbach of Elmira, N.Y., garbara Bozenmayer and Marie EJirhard, both of Germany. No calling hours or services have been scheduled. Florida Memorial Funeral Home on U.S. 1 north of Melbourne is in charge of arrangements.

JOHNCARR John David Carr, 78, a retired supervisor with a food machine corporation, died Thursday at Wuesthoff Memorial Hospital in Rockledge. Mr. Carr, of 1341 Estridge Drive, Rockledge, was a Brevard resident for 13 years.

He was a member of Pennsylvania Elks Lodge No. 219. Survivors include his wife, Alice Carr of Rockledge; son, John Carr of Rockledge; and two grandchildren. No calling hours are scheduled. Services will be held at 10 a.m.

HANNAH CLEARE Hannah Lee Cleare, 88, a home-maker, died Saturday at home. Mrs. Cleare, of 1625 25th Vero Beach, was an Indian River County resident for five years. She moved to the area from Harbour Island in the Bahamas in 1981. Survivors include her daughter, Muriel Bethel of Vero Beach, and one grandson.

No calling hours are scheduled. Graveside services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Monday at Crestlawn Cemetery in Vero Beach. Strunk Funeral Home in Vero Beach is in charge of arrangements. MAMIE GATTO Mamie R.

Gatto, 83, a seamstress, died Friday at Holmes Re-gional Medical Center in Melbourne. Ms. Gatto, of 270 Queens Court, Satellite Beach, was a Brevard resident for eight years. Survivors include her son, Michael Gatto of Indialantic; three grandchildren; and four greatgrandchildren. Calling hours are from noon to 2 p.m.

Mrs. Hellstrom, of 706 19th Vero Beach, was an Indian River County resident for 23 years. She moved to the area from her native Chicago. She was a member of St. Helen's Catholic Church in Vero Beach, St.

Helen's Women's Club in Vero Beach, the Vero Beach Women's Club and Indian River Memorial Auxiliary. She is survived by her cousin, Betty Ramsey of Laguna Hills, and sister-in-law, Mrs. John Magnuson of Illinois. No calling hours are scheduled. A mass of Christian burial will be held at 9:30 a.m.

Monday at St. Helen's Catholic Church in Vero Beach. Burial will be in Hillside, 111. FRANK MEYERS Frank Meyers, 82, a retired postal employee, died Thursday at jess Parrish Memorial Hospital in Titusville.

Mr. Meyers, of 2575 Alexander Drive, Titusville, was a Brevard resident for nine years. Survivors include his son, Gerald Meyers of Titusville; daughters, Jean Almodovar of Titusville and Eileen George of Mims; brothers, Julius Meyers of Garden Grove, and Carl Meyers of Pleas-anton, sister, Grace Hooker of Orange, 11 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Calling hours are 2 to 6 p.m. today at Brevard Funeral Home North in Titusville.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. ANTHONY PATTI Anthony Patti, 71, a retired truck driver, died Saturday at home. Mr. Patti, of 216 Broadway Fellsmere, was an Indian River resident since 1980.

Survivors include his wife, La-vada Patti of Fellsmere; sons, David Patti of West Palm Beach and James Patti of Winter Beach; sisters, Phyllis Patti of Akron, Ohio, Grace Esposito of Cincinnati and Frances Didato of California; brothers, Pete Patti of Nevada and Paul Patti of Sicily, Italy; and two grandchildren. Pollard, 81, a home-maker, died Friday at Humana Hospital in Kissimmee.

Mrs. Pollard, of 2804 Patrick Kissimmee, moved to Kissimmee two years ago from Brevard. She was a member of St. Theresa's Catholic Church in Titusville. Survivors include her sons, Raymond LaFrance of Satellite Beach and Robert LaFrance of San Antonio, Texas; daughters, Phyllis Norfull of Winooski, Vt, Eleanor Smith of Searsport, Maine, Shirley Thibaudeau of Albany, N.Y., and Nancy Busby of Kissimmee; 21 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Calling hours are 4 to 6 p.m. today at Brevard Funeral Home North, in Titusville. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Titusville. CHARLES RAUBAL Charles Joseph Raubal, 87, a retired Coast Guard member, died Friday at Adare Medical Center in Rockledge.

Mr. Raubal, of 222A Skelly Drive, Rockledge, was a Brevard resident for 10 years. He was a Navy veteran of World War I and a member of American Legion Post 22 in Cocoa. Survivors include his stepdaughter, Leone Amundson of Rockledge; two step-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren. No calling hours or services have been scheduled.
